To provide an increasingly complete and integrated service, we have expanded our offering with a new division dedicated to trimming dies.
The Trimming Tool division was created to complement the Group’s established expertise in the design and manufacturing of die-casting molds, supporting customers throughout the entire component industrialization process through trimming solutions for HPDC and LPDC applications.
The plant dedicated to trimming die manufacturing is located in Bedizzole (BS), Italy, where we develop solutions for applications ranging from 500 to 4,200 tons, up to 9,000 tons with Giga Tools.
We manage each project from co-design through commissioning, operating as a single supplier throughout the entire process. This means we can handle both the die-casting die and the trimming die, allowing customers to work with a single partner for the coordination of all project phases. This approach helps simplify communication, optimize development timelines and ensure technical continuity throughout the supply process.
We also provide after-sales support and maintenance services, including commissioning carried out directly by our in-house technicians, on-site technical support and extraordinary maintenance activities performed at our Bedizzole plant.
With the Trimming Tool division, we continue to expand the range of services dedicated to the die-casting industry, with an increasingly integrated approach to project management.
